Marsa Boulevard

Marsa Boulevard is a high end pop-up nestled on the creek in Dubai Festival City. Featuring home grown, local brands such as Home Bakery, Blu, Slab, Trio, Mara, and more, the space has quickly became a hot spot for residents and tourists alike.

Our role was to design and build 4 fully fledged restaurants within 35 calendar days, along with the full MEP and custom made kitchen equipment as per each brand’s requirements. The brands that operated our structures were Home Bakery, Reif, Slab and Blu Pizzeria.

Galeria Alkhail

Foundry Investments was appointed to convert the Abu Dhabi Equestrian Club into a fully fledged luxury retail destination, as part of the club’s master plan of converting their existing assets into world class facilities and beyond. The brief was to create the retail strategy, come up with a renovation plan and execute it and to onboard F&B and retail brands that would generate footfall. 

Our role is to re-design the entire assets interiors, exteriors, landscaping and other areas and execute the construction, which is currently underway with completion scheduled in Q2 of 2025. We have already secured several international brands, both retail and F&B, all of which will be announced close to the opening of the asset, close to the end of the year 2025.

Uzal Villas

Uzal Villas is a residential project in Romania, near to the Black Sea. The project features 18 stand alone villas, with easy access to the city, seaside and highway to Bucharest.

This project is owned by Foundry Investments and our vision was to smartly use this prime land in order to create value for both the neighborhood and for our clients. We worked closely with the city hall in order to obtain all necessary approvals and the project is currently underway, with 4 houses already built, 6 houses sold and 14 more units in the pipeline to be built by 2027. Projected IRR 50%.

Avostar Villas

Avostar Villas is a master development consisting of 155 units, each of them nestled on a 4500 sqft land with a footprint of 1800 sqft, 2 parking spaces with a Scandinavian inspired design, by a famous local architect.

Further to our success with the first 2 projects delivered to Avostar Invest, Foundry Investments was commissioned by them to conceptualize the use of their land and convert it into a highly sought after residential project, that would cater to a wide demographic. We worked closely with the design and construction teams and currently the project is being developed, to be completed in Q2 of 2027. Our projected IRR for this venture is circa 30%.

Avostar Sea B3

Avostar Sea B3 is an apartment building situated 50 meters away from the beach of the Black Sea. The building consists a total of 33 apartments and 3 commercial units on the Ground floor, with full MEP provisions for a cafe, small restaurant or even light retail usage.

Foundry Investments was tasked to design and build this project in record time - only 9 months from purchasing the land until hand over. The apartments were sold out within the first 2 months of completion, highlighting the demand for beach-side properties within the context of Romania’s economy - one of the fastest growing in Europe since 2010, with the year 2022 seeing a 4.8% increase. Achieved IRR 30%.

Avostar M7

Avostar M7 is an apartment building located in Mamaia Sat, Romania, the most sought after summer-time beach side resort city in the country. The project is near to the beachside and consists of 24 one-bedroom apartments, carefully designed to match the demand of the Romanian market. Each apartment has 2 balconies, and a total square footage of 850.

Foundry Investments was awarded the contract to design and build this project and this represents our first foray into the world of real estate post the challenging times of the pandemic. We have managed to design, build and sell this project within 2 years, achieving an IRR of 28%.
